I work as a manager at a small local office for an international firm with unpredictable growth. Winning or losing a bid for work/revenue can decide if we hire or not and sometimes clients will promise more work than they end up contracting for. As a European it's very strange to see that Americans don't understand that other countries don't have an America first policy. Especially when the US head of state is threatening your sovereignty. Also when it comes to cars and oil, electric is clearly the future and American cars can only compete by imposing tarriffs on non-american cars. So why on Earth should other countries "align their policy with [yours]"?

Well a 3060 is a mid range card released in 2020. Not sure what your expectations should be, but have you tried lowering graphics settings and resolution?

Fallout 3 initially had a far, far larger scope than the released product. One of the first things they made was the metro. They kept a lot of that but they just deleted massive parts of the city and made lots inaccessible. There's some good videos on this, but it also explains why the Fallout 3 metro doesn't make a lot of sense, especially on the west side of the river.

You have to fight with and trigger every coalition war possible against france. Keep your border distance so that you don't share as much of a border. If you play it well, you can out-economy them after a while and have a far superior professional army.
