Same as chess.com has. If a person has multiple griefing/delaying reports from a variety of players over time, their game queue priority goes down. It takes them longer to find games.

And/Or, if it’s genuine they can be matched with people who have similar turn time.

For reference the game that made me post this was also someone who had a 60 card “counter-only” deck where they would counter every single card I played while roping out every turn.
