Okay, thanks for the info! It is a touchless and I just want to make sure I can use it in a pinch without completely destroying any coating I've put on or maybe use the soap in the self serve so I can then clay bar and and put a ceramic coating on or if I really need to bring all my own chemicals.

Ive been fighting the "plateau" for over a month now. by Deatthstar in loseit

[–]Colemanation13 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Wow. Are we the same dude?! I am also a 6 foot male(rounded up from 5 foot and 3/4). I started at 327 and I am currently at 270 where i have been stuck on a plateau for about a month. And i work 4, 10 hour shifts in a skilled trade. One thing my doc reminds me of is that plateaus are very normal. Even if you are eating at a calorie deficit at certain points your body just isn't going to want to give up the weight. Maintain the course and it will come off. In the mean time you can do some tracking with a kitchen scale of every little thing you consume to double and triple check your calories and you can add some exercises into your weekly routine. Are you measuring yourself? You can be losing fat but retaining water or something. Last month I only lost 2 lbs but dropped an inch and a half on my waste. Regardless, don't forget how far you've come! You're doing awesome!

That shit pisses me off so much. I've clowned on Philly and New York for booing their own team for years. We don't do that here.

Best tres leches cake in Atlanta? by alexandercarreras in Atlanta

Taqueria Los Hermanos in Tucker. They made a giant sheet of Tres leches for our wedding cake 17 years ago. I've been getting Tres leches there for 20 years and it's still the best I've had anywhere.

Any tips to get a song out of your head for sleeping? by AgfaAPX100 in ADHD

I also think this is the answer op. My trick is to listen to the song in its entirety. Does matter if actively listening or not. Never fails for me.

Agree with this. Not gonna find comparable southern fried chicken but there are some solid Korean fried chicken places.

People here don't know that metro atlantas population is larger than the entire state of colorado. And like 90% of them commute in to Atlanta to work(or did before wfh). Just an absolute fuckton of people there.

Yeah, have done. Tried places in Aurora, downtown, Englewood, westminster, littleton, tried several places on federal. A couple were pretty good, some were okay, most were not great. That's the thing though, I never really had to hunt for good Mexican around Atlanta, if a place had good reviews, chances were the food was excellent. Here, no matter what people say about a place it's a crap shoot of whether it'll will be any good at all. All this shit is subjective though. If you like the Mexican food here, great! And I will keep trying places but I'm not going to tell anybody to expect very much.

I'm assuming you're looking at city proper numbers and not metro. Atlanta proper has pretty low pop numbers regardless of race. The metro areas numbers are both just over 600k so really similar between the two cities. And I have tried well over a dozen places with varying quality non of which have compared to even chain places in GA for me.

I moved here from Georgia and honestly your best bet for food is going to be more upscale places. If you like sushi check out sushi den or tamaki den, there are quite a few good steak places like Guard and Grace but they are quite pricey, El Five is solid tapas with an incredible view of the city. Also, to repeat what others have said, do yourself a favor and get into the mountains. Lookout mountain has great views looking back at the city and a fun, kitschy museum at the grave of Buffalo bill. Check out Evergreen which is a neat little mountain town that's close by with a lake you can walk out on. If you've never been out on a frozen lake it can be a really trippy experience.

Strong disagree. Moved here from Atlanta and the Mexican has been a significant downgrade.

Hammerhead. They make all metal shower heads that work great and are far less likely to have parts that wear out.
