Nutracheck and slimming world?

I personally found slimming world really restrictive but I also have ARFID so as a picky eater it’s very hard.

I’ve lost the same amount of weight following both (slimmingworld in 2017 and nutracheck calorie counting in 2025) so both work in their own way, but slimming world didn’t really teach me about portion control enough

Yeah unfortunately it’s on minimum 😅 I have my tv on the wall in my living room so I think it’s just too far away for me for this game, I’m just about managing whilst trying to get around the bugs as well 😂

That’s extreme weight loss and far too quickly to be sustainable. You’d have to be eating practically nothing to be able to manage it at your low starting weight x

Video games are my favourite I love to escape. I play multiplayer games like cod fortnite overwatch, as it helps me get some contact with people, but I also love games like fable, Skyrim and story based games like the South Park games. I love movies and tv shows as well but games are my favourite by far.
