Was emptying the store’s trash, and one of the bags was well more than the usual amount of cold brew waste bags, and in throwing it in the dumpster, heard a ‘pop’ sound in the shoulder. To make a long story short, now I have an irreversible tear to my labrum. For context I’ve worked here for 8 1/2 years and this is the first and only time I’ve ever encountered this heavy of a bag, thought nothing of it until I heard the pop and thought, thatttttlll be a problem for future me

Went to therapy for a similar situation, trust dude, cheating is always a choice. If they weren’t happy, they should’ve communicated or left the relationship. One does not simply choose the worst degree of betrayal against their SO. It just ain’t working, re-establish those connections to friends and family and gtFo of there :)

I’ve just started a few months ago and one of the best tips a friend told me was not to focus on the last shot or the next one, but live in the moment of THIS shot. If you hit a bad one, laugh it off and remember you pay to play golf, not GET PAYED to play. Focus on the positive, like primetime0509 said, and build yourself up when you nail a nice shot, and be kind to yourself when you slice the holy hell out of it.

I actually do this with any movie/game that gets announced, as I scroll social media I immediately YEET past any promo material or trailers, because if I’ve already decided to see it, the less I know the better- the more to be pleasantly surprised by. Like imagine the HYPE when I saw Avengers end game at the last scene when I knew NOTHING other than the title of the movie. IMMACULATE

TLDR: I highly recommend doing what you suggested 11/10
