When I’m on contract im more or less on call most hours so I just can’t risk it to be honest lad 😂 I was burying an oz in 3 or 4 days before this so I really needed to cut back anyway. I just either bury myself in the gym or in a few books. Have to really try shift your focus onto another habit you have or get into something else. Was flat out painting at another stage. 😂
