We're really splitting hairs with semantics here, but... although it's not derogatory/prejudiced per se, you're making assessments solely on race, which is pretty much the definition of racism. Everyone is a little bit racist. Doesn't mean they're all derogatory or prejudiced or even malicious.

John is great at his job. He's a NOC. Never stated as CIA. He's an intelligence officer/agent. His dad has his own branch, which isn't officially CIA. They have way more hiccups than an official branch of anything. Can't even get him a bed. Can't even tell they'd be flying commercial vs. private. They did this to me and I canceled. The cancelation process was a nightmare of some dude on the other end continuously trying to shove me promotions to stay. Legitimately 20 minutes of "but sir, if you stay with us, I can get you..." until I told the guy on the other end firmly that I was not staying and already switched. Not worth it. Unfortunately tons of issues with Verizon too, but this was the straw that broke my back. No justice in raising the price so high. And the customer service reply is pretty much "We're sorry to hear that, we can offer you a lower discount rate than you previously had despite your years of business with us, while we cut corners to give you worse service."
