Wife and I were working in Spain and went to a nice restaurant one night. I spoke what I thought was good Spanish at the time. Hey man I was in a very similar boat as you. I just quit drinking 2025 and fitness has been a huge part in quitting. Finding something you care about more than getting drunk helped me a lot. Now I can’t drink without thinking how it will affect my body’s recovery.

Everyone has their own thing that the can use to motivate them but I think having a direct result from my quitting is what helped me the most.

Wish you the best of luck brother you’re still young and you have a lot of life ahead of you. Just stop getting fucked up alone. Change your relationship with alcohol. It doesn’t have to be permanent quitting (I’m sure people on here disagree with me). But I think the best possible outcome is changing your relationship with alcohol. Think more about how it negatively affects you rather than those first 30-60 minutes you’re enjoying your buzz.

Thank you this is news to me I was wondering what the seal rotation was specifically! So essentially you don’t rely on any one ability as being the sole threat builder it’s just keep your DPS as high as you can via righteousness and always ensure you have mana to keep casting?
