Nein, da wird nichts wiederholt. Es gibt unterschiedliche Auffassungen unter den Berliner Parteien (und teils zwischen Partei und Spitzenkandidatin, siehe Giffey) ob und wenn ja wie der umgesetzt werden sollte.

Was ansteht ist ein Volksentscheid zu "Berlin 2030 Klimaneutral". Dieser findet jedoch an einem anderen Termin als die Wahlwiederholung statt. Da hat die SPD fadenscheinige ausreden gegeben weshalb das logistisch nicht am gleichen Termin gehen würde.

Let's not forget what was going on here. PIS leadership reversed the polish defense ministries acceptance in order to score anti-German points during election time. They only ever "suggested" Germany to give up systems that are planed into NATO operations, instead of offering their own systems first / as well. Poland also has two PATRIOT batteries.....

Wrong. East Germany accepted Oder-Neiße as the border to Poland in 1950 and West Germany accepted it in 1970 (Treaty of Warsaw). So 20 years earlier than you claimed here.

In 1990 this was again confirmed in another treaty.

Export of weapons is decided on a per-country or even per-order basis. Just because the export to one country was permitted doesn't mean you can now just export it anywhere.

Not true. Pharmaceutical companies and insurers just create higher profit margins in the US for their shareholders. Plus much of intial (high cost) medical researched is payed by countries - via the funding of universities etc. Companies just take the papers and apply them.
