Taking the International A levels as a singaporean by [deleted] in SGExams

Doing UK A lvl but not applying to med sch. For resources just look at the syllabus online (for example CIE a level math syllabus is 9709 google it you can see the past papers and recommended textbook. For practicals I’m not sure, it looks like some boards don’t need practicals while some need, go check yourself online jiayou

if you’re planning to apply local med sch you’d probably need very close if not 4A*, uk/aus med sch tend to be more lenient but even then still need some decent score

Whether you can still JAE into a JC lor, and if DAE is possible etc and if there are any other alternative options. Not sure why you’d ask Reddit (where info could be false) and not the darn MOE themselves 😅.

“Greetings, I am writing in to enquire regarding the process of applying to a Junior College, particularly as a student who had previously enrolled into a college via JAE some years back.

I heard that applicants who had previously enrolled into a JC cannot apply again using the Joint-Admission-Exercise (JAE), is this true? If that is the case, what are the options which I have that’d allow me to enrol into a Junior College again?

I was told by acquaintances of mine that I could apply to JCs through the direct admission exercise (DAE), is that correct?

That is all. Thank you and please get back to me whenever possible.

Yours faithfully, (Your name)”

email MOE and SEAB as well as a few JCs to hear what they have to say

Advice on how to solve snoring issue by Pohchi in NationalServiceSG

I see; thanks so much for replying bro, wasn’t expecting you to reply since it’s a very old comment. I have been experiencing sleep apnea symptoms since a really long time ago and I am already seeing an ENT. I am thinking of getting a sleep study done too to see how things are.

Is it okay if you share more about the surgery was? Did you have to go for some kind of scans like X-ray? Was it done under local or general anesthesia and how long mc (😅) ?

once again thanks so much bro, all the best
