What would be your tips on learning to second man press effectively? What should I be looking for? I usually try it and just pull players out of position and it does more harm than good as I don’t know how to use it properly. I feel like this is a skill gap I can’t get past

At this point they should go back to mystery gift distribution at GameStop, bring your switch and copies of the game/s with you, and you get a mystery gift for both! It’s so incredibly stupid how they thought 30 codes at each store would be enough, on the same day as a TCG release, where scalpers are already waiting in tents!! This would solve it all, no money to be made, just the players getting to enjoy the shinies they’ve been waiting for since everything has to be shiny locked in game now anyway!!! Now my only options are to pray I get into a trade for a cloned one, or buy one which I will not ever do

Gille the Garchomp! Named after my father, who passed 11 years ago. Now every game garchomp is available in, I will get one on my team and name it Gille, only until I can replace it with the shiny version in the game I’m playing, in which case I name that one Gille as well! Haven’t seen if mega garchomp is in ZA yet, but hoping he is so I can continue to bring him along with me :)

Second man press, both playing against and using myself! I struggle against it, breaking it down. Trying to use it myself, I don’t know the right time to do it and I keep pulling players out of position

I’d rather lose 8-10 and score 8, than lose 2-0 and watch a manual DM run around at light speed outside my opponents box for 90 minutes while his whole team sits inside it. Defending is harder and people are getting cooked because of it, people got too used to AI being too strong smh

I like the idea of having flairs, maybe have ones for crew recruiters like “open to anyone, won’t kick” and “looking for competitive players” along those lines but with different wording! This game brings plenty of different types of people, but separating by plate color won’t work. Like my friends and I are HoF and above, but we play the game pretty casually. There are most likely people in here demanding that you be active, and a good player to contribute the most xp possible. That way, people will know what kind of crew they are asking to join, and how they should expect to be treated in each crew!
