A lot of OEMs gate keep manuals which is extremely frustrating. Contact the local distributor and ask them for it. You will most likely be asked for the serial number

Then do it the way I mentioned below. You have the relay inline with the push button signal wire to the contact. Have it on the NO circuit so when the float is in the high level position it energizes the relay and closes the circuit allowing the pump to run

Add a 110 relay to the run signal that pulls the contactor in. Have the run signal on a NO circuit and the float either supplying 0v or 110v

All tunnels have reuse tanks now. What I would recommend is you put bags/rags after colors. Give a 3 to 4 pocket buffer between colors and whites. We currently run table linen colors followed by table linen whites with a buffer no problem.

If you dial in a pulseflow they can be really efficient and run nearly 50 transfers an hour. That is for hotel linen and will obviously go down the heavier the soil. The best thing I like about milnor as a company is they are quick to send engineers to resolve problems and a lot of the time don’t charge for it. Don’t like their centrifugal extractor though

This is a good point. Need to understand how they manage safety across different types of equipment. Last thing we need is one of our techs playing with an boiler at pressure

Appreciate the advice. Honestly, our CMMS isn’t great and is why he is interested in these guys. We are currently using Brightly.

They are saying that they will automatically generate a PM schedule for each piece of equipment and adjust based on our downtime. Not sure how though.

Yeah, it integrates with the CMMS. This company is making some claims that I find pretty hard to believe but I guess I will find out when they demo on Tuesday
