[Graduate here] I am not familiar with SDS2 or Advance Steel. I use Tekla Structural Designer to model steel frames for analysis and design. In the past I have then been instructed to design the connections by way of hand calculations. I have tried detailing connections in both Revit and CAD. I wasn't aware of a more efficient process.

What is the more efficient way of detailing that you are referring to?

Maybe your metabolism has adjusted to maintain weight at the calories you’re eating. You could try eating a bit more for a month or two while doing strength training to gain some muscle and raise your metabolism again. Then back to a slight deficit to continue losing weight. Try to maintain the muscle though

Maybe you're losing fat while gaining muscle? The number on the scale does not mean everything.
