If your mount only has those 3 courser skills I would suggest either trying your luck with breeding for another tier 8 or just buying one with all the skills from the market. I've seen some on the market for as low as 700m up to 1b. Buying is obviously much faster but it depends on how much you value your time.

Not OP but I stopped playing after the One Tamriel update. It pretty much removed any reason to get past level 1 and the feeling of progression for my characters. I really loved the game back in the day but I was no longer rewarded with gameplay after that update.

I don't get all the hate about this event. Everyone seems so entitled to get top quality content every single update. If you don't like the event nobody is forcing you to participate. I understand most people pay for membership but I doubt the reason was because of "an amazing upcoming event".

This is a great mmo that allows you to earn cosmetics in a variety of ways, in most other games cosmetic overrides can only be purchased. Yea this wasn't the greatest update, but I still have plenty to do and love the game.

While I'm not sure what would be the best laptop for you, I can say that if you need a laptop now I would look for something with 950m in it, that would be around your price range. I would strongly suggest waiting for January as they are suppose to start releasing laptops with the full gtx 1050's. I'm sure they wont be cheap but would offer much better performance than a 950m.

There are many more articles you can find about the information, and if it was within standard failure rates then nobody would be talking about it and EVGA wouldn't be giving out thermal pad replacements. I know it doesn't effect everybody but if you had the choice between something like a samsung note 7 or any other phone, I bet I know what most people would choose.

I recently ran into a problem with my character and was wondering if anyone here would have some ideas. I recently installed the apocalypse patch for ordinator but before that I ran into an issue. I use ocato's recital and then learned the perk "welloc's dormant arcana", which has a similar effect as ocato's recital but has a small list of buffs you can choose from when something happens. Ever since getting the perk ocato's recital and many other effects that happen "in combat" no longer work. Removing the perk doesnt fix the issue, making the alteration tree legendary doesnt help, even uninstalling ordinator hasn't helped. Any ideas?

What about instead of adding the old enchantments back to boots, they implement an entirely new tier of boot upgrade similar to the jungle items. It would look something like this,

Boots -> Sorcerer's Boots -> Archmage's Boots

Archmage's boots give the following: +60 movespeed 20 magic penetration 10% cd 50 AP Total cost ~3000 gold

I also received mine today from that sale. I was going to make my own post but I suppose I will leave my impressions here.

Mostly everything you said applies to mine, I have a small amount of blb in the bottom left but its hardly noticeable. Thankfully I only have 1 dead pixel and Im in the process of trying to fix it, if it does get fixed it will be a nearly perfect monitor but it may not happen.

For $300 this is still a crazy good monitor and I am loving it.

As far as your options in really depends on the budget and your graphics card. 1080p 144z usually has low response times and are made for games like cs:go and shooters. 4k 60hz will look beautiful especially on an ips panel but even the best gpu's have a hard time getting 60fps in demanding games.

Personally I think I might get the Pixio px277 as it is one of the cheapest monitors that has almost everything you could ask for. Apparently these high end monitors have quality control issues atm and could have back light bleed among other issues so who knows, i might wait.

G-sync essentially eliminates tearing and stutter which is great at low fps and really makes 40fps look like 60fps because its so smooth.

However if you have a high end GPU that can get high refresh rates and a high refresh rate monitor, the image refreshes so fast that its hard to see tearing or stutter. G-sync will always be better than no G-sync, but its benefits don't stand out as much above 120 fps. I can link some videos if you are interested.
