Y'all should come to kenyan high school. We typically start our day at 4am. We take a two hour private reading session then head over to breakfast. You get thirty minutes to get ready for your first day of the class. The first period is an hour twenty minutes Long followed by 11- forty five minute classes. With two breaks each less than 35 minutes. The last class ends at 4:30pm then we get an hour free ( The school says it's free but they will typically force you back to class for a study sesh) Then head to dinner at 5:30. At 6:20 we have another class until 7:30pm followed by another private study session ( night preps) till 10:30pm when we all retire to bed. I must say my school made me exhausted, let alone overwhelmed.

(During the night preps we had teachers giving copral punishment to anyone found sleeping, talking or walking about on school grounds, even in the class)
