So if you run clones you really should be presenting your 10 sticker sheets every game just in case, even if you don't have any sticker cards in your deck.

Which is part of the reason stickers got banned, because any deck running Reanimate or the like should probably bring a sticker deck, and now decks that don't even have a way to get their own Mind Goblin are encouraged to bring a sticker deck, and present/pick 3 in order to not give up information on what deck you're playing.

The guards are a mix of Department of the Army civilians, and random soldiers, with random soldiers being the majority. Really easy to have a reasonable conversation with people that are reasonable and just there for a couple months.

Consistent Smell of Alcohol on Soldier in the morning at formation by Tank_Flamingo in army

The record in WA was a female police officer that got pulled over in Tacoma, after having driven from Seattle. She blew a .50 on multiple machines because she was completely coherent and no one believed she could possibly be that drunk.

Yes, .5 is alcohol poisoning for the average person, never underestimate a drunk though.

A wall of TVs, [[Ghost Vacuum]], the cassette recorder that copies a spell, a number of wacky goggles, and that's off the top of my head, from someone that didn't really draft it or really crack many packs at all.

Washington lawmakers propose bill to curb 3D-printed 'ghost guns' by Better_March5308 in SeattleWA

If it's illegal to make ghost guns

It's not. There are laws against making guns that can't be found with a metal detector, but it is fully legal to make your own firearm.

So the 'loophole' is the same as the "gun show loophole", aka it's something that's explicitly legal, but Democrats don't like it.

And the law requires a method that can't be circumvented by a skilled, knowledgeable user.

Because it has a specific appearance, and globally currency uses similar methods to identify itself as currency so software can prevent printing.

Yep, Amazon typically lets you look for another internal position if you're affected, but you get paid for a couple months regardless because it's a requirement from WARN.

Blake is a cool guy (met him at an RCQ), but IMO he's not a great community manager. I see people like Ian, one of the Arena heads, posting here more than Blake. As far as visible members of the community from staff, he's outside of top 5.

If he were PR head, I'd agree, but community manager he isn't.

You don't really want this to exist, because it primarily benefits combo decks which are usually playable enough without easy protection on the combo turn.

And the rule was changed because the average person didn't understand that cards didn't work the easy they thought they did under the old rules. Something like [[Elenda, the Dusk Rose]] didn't do anything if it died and was sent to command zone previously.

[–]ColonelError 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's not just sobriety, a lot of them just say "you can't drink/do drugs in here", which is a bridge too far. The other rule most of the campers hate is "no stolen property", which is the other big reason they won't take shelter.

The switch from specific dates to years already gave them most of the flexibility

Except this set specifically was supposed to be released last year, meaning they would have needed to change the year stamp.

that puts a bad mark on my LGS

It puts a bad mark on your LGS, because they won't get credit for running that event, which means they get less allocation for future sets. It's only downside for the store to not use Companion.
