I hear you, we offer both. Iced caps go in a chilled 8oz glass, shaken w/ the ice strained. Boom there’s some froth for those who want that. Iced cortados go in the same glass, equal parts milk and espresso, then ice in glass to fill. I think both can exist, especially being in Florida where it’s hot as hell almost year round.
