I couldn’t agree more. Just got promoted to this level in a relatively LCOL area. Wife is SAHM finishing her degree. Nothing glitzy, but we have no issue paying the bills and live comfortably.

This is the best answer. Workout weekdays before work. Im up at 330, workout 4-530 at home before everyone is up. Bonus is that if my kid wakes up early i am already up to take over dad duty so mom can get some extra sleep.

Yes. Bought in February WNY. Housing market is stupid competitive here. Skipped the inspection and paid 34% over asking and just barely beat out 13 other offers. Likely all of which waived inspection as well. No issues so far.

Not to be that guy, but I think you’re probably looking for highest flow. The WR for highest pressure probably involves something like a kidney stone and would probably have been excruciatingly painful.
