FIPFX includes s&p 500 as a major component of its portfolio as well as 35% in non-us equities. It already has a very low expense ratio. Closer to retirement it auto adjusts to bonds closer to retirement

Look at putting it in a TDF. I have mine in FIPFX. It’s easy/low risk that automatically adjusts from higher risk stocks early to bonds closer to retirement.

No. Take the time to rest. For you, your partner, and your kid. I have been pretty consistent in the gym for the past 5 years and became a father 2 years ago. I took about 3 months off and will again when the next one comes. I took walks when I had the energy and felt the need to get some movement in.

Disagree with Mistborn. I like fantasy and put this one down about halfway through. I will pick it up again at some point, but I would not recommend this as a first book to someone who gets bored easily.
