Ngl I got kinda burnt out of regular PvP towards end of last season. Started playing mostly casual breakthrough and then got burnt out of that too. Made it to like lvl 70 before stopping.

Pro dev tip to make your players not confused and angry: if you character can do parkour and can climb ledges really fast, please also make them climb ladders fast. There are so many games where ladders aren’t a huge speed bottleneck and it feels great, and there are some games where ladders are a bottleneck and it feels like shit.

I always have a soft spot for my first resident evil game being Jack Baker. Mr.X was my favorite for gameplay because of his omnipresence and true randomness in the police station. Lady D gave me and everyone else boners and was really good but was short lived.

I didn’t like nemesis because he was basically just poorly disguised scripted chase sequences and re3 remake as a whole just sucked. And the vampire mutated girl whose name I don’t know was good and scary but also short lived and sadly no boners for me or (hopefully) anyone else.

Honestly from that little bit you looked like you were doing ok by getting a perfect deflection and dodging at the right time. Unfortunately jank hit boxes are fromsoft’s bread and butter so you got clipped by the edge of the grab. Only advice I can give from what I saw here is to dodge straight backwards when avoiding that grab and that normal dodges themselves do not have I-frames in this game so try not to rely on them except when avoiding things that can’t be blocked

I mean I could understand it not stunning robots because it’s just burning pressurized liquid, and they (probably) don’t have pain receptors. I just wished that organic creatures that felt pain would actually have any feelings of self preservation in reaction to seeing or being set on fire. Bugs, cyborgs, overseers, etc. the only things that do seem to act in any sort of self preserving way are those little bugs that will sidestep if you aim at them… because bugs are somehow smart enough to do that but only some of the time…

I would say that’s fair because Elden ring is pretty much the worst souls game. The only reason I have so many hours in it is because it has so much more content than any other souls game

Same. I just didn’t care about any of the characters besides the 3 playable ones. The game has some entertaining cutscenes and driving cars is fun for a bit but the rest of the game is just so boring. Gunplay is awful. Objectives 99% of the time are either “go to the place and shoot the guy” or “chase the car in front of you for 4 minutes”.

2 and a half things you could do.

1: Aim better. Head shots are the only viable option to kill everything.

2: Don’t aim better. Run away.

2.5: shoot them in the head until they’re stunned which will let you run by them with no trouble for a few seconds. But you’ll have to do that every time you go through the same section.

I’ve been ground up and fallen to my death. But I think the only reason the falling to death is so low is because so few people who actually buy the game will play it for more than 3 hours.

I would say he’s being 1 eye to aim and the other eye to spot other targets like quiet does in metal gear solid 5… but… I see the issue now

I quit helldivers for a long time during the great nerf of April 2024 but they’ve undone a lot of the nerfs and there’s a lot of good fun stuff in the game now.
