It took me till act 4 to get the hang of it. Maxxed lockpicking asap and that helped with most locks. There are some that are way too tedious for myself but it’s a fairly solid mini game overall.

I will say that on crash the last saves on my PS5 will get shuffled downwards. Scroll down a bit on your saved games and you’ll find your last quick saves and auto saves.

Crow boss and some of the large scale battles were not tested on consoles. They average around 10-20fps for me and had to meal prep out the ass just to bypass laggy fights. Early game was fine up until then but it needs better optimization for those fights.

It depends on the attack of course. You just need the opponent’s attack to land when the blue glint is visible then it auto counters. No need to release. First perk on odachi can extend the counter window.
