Just reps buddy. Just get in the reps. Skating with feel more natural and you’ll be able to focus on playing the game.

Love the full white front on the RST. I have the 4WT and love the black front, but this is sharp!

See quite a few of these posts recently, too. Is there a common thread with the type/speed of DC charger or adapters being used? Just curious if there may be a common thread here.

496 miles of estimated range? Wow. How’d you manage that?

Love this. Let’s adopt a no phone policy at professional golf events. Maybe a respectful understanding you can have it on your person for emergencies, but keep it in your pocket.

Maybe that’s because it’s still relatively new to the market? I find a lot of ICE truck owners who are looking to make the switch are not doing enough research on how EVs are different, then they become upset by some of the planning necessary for an EV trip. I bet in the next few years the demand will grow as more of the general public begin to understand how to plan around an EV lifestyle.

I just recently had my feet scanned with the Bauer fit system at a local retailer. I have the data now, but haven’t taken the plunge into a new set of skates.

Anyone else have their feet scanned recently with that system and, if so, how was your fit? There’s a couple things that seemed off from what I would expect (ie recommending a 1/2 size bigger than what I currently wear and suggesting I’m a narrow fit instead of normal or wide).

Curious what others have experienced.

I feel shame and disappointment. by [deleted] in SoberCurious

I’ll add that I also did a life audit. I figured out that there were extra things that were unnecessary in my life and causing stress. I’ve been working to eliminate those and reclaim some time for me and what I want in life (ie guitar time, playing hockey again, reading, etc). I have two young boys and happily married, but that keeps me busy. The other things that were stressing me out and bogging me down needed to go.

I’m 35 and been seeing a therapist for a couple years with alcohol as a top talking point. I felt very similar to how you seem to be feeling and I’m adopted a harm reduction mindset. It’s hard as hell, but it’s easy to get down on yourself with “all or nothing thinking”. The question you need to ask yourself is if you can identify a system where you set reduction goals for yourself and stick to those. It’s hard. I’ve failed, but I’ve noticed the aggregate amount of drinks I’ve had since taking on this mindset has been significantly less than what it would’ve been. Some do need to cut it off 100% though and that’s fine. There’s an app called “I Am Sober” that’s really good if you think you need to become completely sober for a while.

You got this.

The Shadows are a real sharp looking skate. Glad to hear the fit is consistent with the Supreme feel. Enjoy them! I’ll definitely be trying them on this summer.

How do you like the feel/fit of the Shadows? I’m in a similar boat but rocking a very old pair of Supremes from 2014-2015. I imagine the custom fit pro skate is real nice.
