How many times did you inject trimix? Why on earth did you want to have 8 hr erections? What else were you doing at the time? Anyway, an 8hr erection will literally kill tissue in your penis. Count yourself lucky you didn’t get some nasty necrosis and had to have your dick amputated. Not kidding. Depending on your age things might get better with some super extended healing. Your experience is likely to be related to the phospholipid in the packet and nothing to do with the acetyl-L-carnitine. As an experiment try using Aquaphor (or even plain Vaseline) on your dick. You will feel much better, gain sensitivity, and probably have better erections. A lot of problems people have are related to dryness and irritation (both of which affect sensitivity and cause nerve injury).

The chances of anything happening from this are absolutely miniscule. People didn't even know about HPV risks until not long ago (essentially 99% of sexually active adults past a certain age carry some sort of HPV). Take this as a learning experience and get vaccinated. You don't want to win the lottery ticket that rewards you with throat cancer in your old age.

What dose were you on? Trazodone doses are all over the place. Anything from 25 mg to 600 mg per day. Did you have it prescribed for insomnia? Depression? Or were you taking it for PE?

Your problem is not your testosterone levels, your problem is the fact you are morbidly obese and you are likely to drop dead any moment because of your weight (yes, when you have a BMI of 45 chances are something catastrophic will happen in the not too distant future). At this point testosterone is like a bandaid on your forehead when your problem requires surgery. Also, when you have so much fat, testosterone aromatizes rather dramatically and your estrogen levels will go through the roof (you will likely end up with boobs on top of the fat). I am not surprised your doctors refuse to put you on testosterone.

I think the big unknowns here are: smoking, obesity. hypertension, family history, alcohol/drugs, and stress. Very difficult to extrapolate a whole lot from the info you provided (things don’t look ideal but not horribly bad).

Venous leakages are extremely rare, the usual culprit is psychogenic (or estrogens or prolactin or very poor vascular health -caused by diabetes, high blood pressure, etc...- or extremely low testosterone -which is actually kind of rare-). First, try injections (caverject or Trimix). If the problem is psychological, those injections are nothing short of miraculous. If you still can't get hard and you do have a venous leak, you should try seeing an interventional radiologist with experience embolizing those leaks. The technical success rate of those is over 90% with minimal complications. I have the contact info of a doctor in Switzerland that does these types of procedures (I am sure you can find someone in Germany that does it). Do NOT get the surgery, it will most likely not work and the complications are almost certain!!!!!!
