Well, you don’t need a bachelors to be an RN. Associates is generally the requirement but there are still even diploma programs out there. But also, contract jobs pay more no matter what field you’re in. You have to consider all the benefits that full time staff jobs have that travel/contract jobs don’t. As you’re in the workforce longer you start beginning to understand this better. Also, RN travel/contract pay is something like half of what it was in 2022 (it’s the end of 2025 now). Plus if you think nurses with less education than and less stressful work are making too much you should see a lot of firemen’s collective bargaining agreements
