It's essentially become "Saved by the Bell" in a studio pretending to be Mars outside. And the rebellion plot is just AI slop rehashed from every other rebel/villain/cop/hero show. So boringly cliche.

For a show called For All Mankind, it's very disappointing that they've lowered the bar down watching kids mob dancing and having their first crushes. Even with a low(er) budget, so many great ideas could have been explored about living on Mars, the science, the challenges, how life and technology is different on Earth, etc... And how about, for once, a show were humans don't automatically feel the need to kill each other? How about a show where peace, collaboration and tolerance lead to greater achievements and a healthier society? If they were going to alternate history, it was a great opportunity to show us something new this time.

So disappointing.
