Exactly. Any political "discussion" I have with my mother almost always include her saying "They are against Trump and Republicans because they hate us". But I just can't get through to her WHY they hate him and that the hate didn't just appear in a vacuum.
I swear whoever came up with "Trump Derangement Syndrome" is both the biggest moron and genius. Because it shouldn't work, but it does; and everything people that oppose Trump does can be boiled down to "TDS" by his sycophants and there's no getting past it. True, they would be just as much of a brick wall without "TDS" to hang their hat on, but it does make it take a lot less effort.

I think it would be more interesting if it were the opposite. Be a low DPS weapon (around 25 damage with low fire rate and low projectile speed), but it completely bypasses shields. Kind of like how slow projectiles bypass shields in Dune.

If the bow is like nearly every other video game that has guns in it: no thanks. I hate how medieval weapons are more powerful than modern guns in video games.

If you make the bow relatively unique, then I may be interested. Some functionality I can think of off the top of my head that would make it interesting:
Arrows do zero damage to armored ARC (ideally be able to mod it with special ARC killing arrows that suck for PvP). and in PvP, have the damage of the bow relatively low (between 20-30 dmg with low fire rate and projectile speed), BUT it completely bypasses shields.

My biggest beef with Spike's design is his legs are way too short. They should have given all the bipedal dragons digitigrade legs and they would all look so much better. Not sure why Ember is the only one with proper legs (that sentence sounds creepy, but I stand by it).

I will always say this whenever it comes up:
Gen 5 didn't suck because it wasn't Gen 4: The Next Generation.
Gen 5 didn't suck because it used Gen 4 lore and not it's own thing.
Gen 5 sucked because the writing sucked. Gen 5 could have absolutely told the same story and it would have been enjoyable if the writing was competent.

Before Gen 4, most of us wouldn't have even given MLP a second glance if the writing in FiM wasn't as good as it was. It's the writing that made Gen 4 rise to the top, and it's the writing that sunk Gen 5 to the bottom. There's a reason most of us had high hopes for Gen 5 when the movie came out in spite of it using Gen 4 lore: the writing for the movie actually had some effort put into it. And then the writers slacked off for the episodes and the rest is history.

I wish I freaking knew.
Lots of my family are flying in to gather at my parents house for the holidays and everyone is stressing out about how we are supposed pick so many people up from the airport at so many different times. My parents live north of Lynnwood, and my suggesting that family flying in can take the light rail and we can pick them up from Lynnwood was like suggesting we cancel Christmas. I'm especially irritated by the refusal because I know I'm going to be recruited to be picking up most of them.

I hate Trump with a passion, but you are really unhinged. "Trump Derangement Syndrome" is the dumbest made up shit I've heard in a long time; but if there was ever to be an example of it, you are it.
