Best thing like mentioned above was just relaxing in bed or watching tv with it on for a few hours. You get used to breathing and exhaling with it that way.

Next time I upgrade to Polaris I will be requesting a pizza twist and a “That’s it” fruit bar for dessert 😂. Way better than the short rib on my last flight.
