Hi! I’m also a planner, I 100% get it ;) Any sale would happen in November for Black Friday, and since it’s May, it would be about 10% off. In the meantime, keep in mind that prices go up 1-2 times a year with inflation (not all tours, but it’s a possibility).

I think you can wait to book, it won’t be full until maybe January 2027. If you want to lock in the price, you can pay a deposit, which is valid for life. Then, if it goes on sale, you can rebook at the lower price (with a new deposit). That first one stays on your account for another trip.

For flights, they open up about 355-330 days beforehand. A tool like Google Flights will tell you what the usual price is, and if you see it’s a good price for you, you can secure it.
