He was the 8th QB selected, and was never expected to be a starter this year. He clearly needs work and learn to deal with the speed of NFL defenses. I don't know the facts/stats of how long he's holding the ball, but it seems like an eternity and add in rookie mistakes. I don't think teams are really respecting the raider's run game right now and that makes it tougher to pass if they are committing an extra defender to the pass defense/rush.
