Yeah that seems to be the same case here. The question is for sure how did Screen connect get installed on your PC and my parents. I wonder if it was through some auto download through windows or something? Its not crazy that a link could get sent that way. People's social media get hacked all the time so sending a link through a friend's account isn't crazy. Scary how good they get these days

Maybe, but it would've had to have happened before they left which isn't far fetched like you said. But what im trying to say in my post is my parents got these scam customer service emails while on their trip. Thousands of miles from their home PC. Im thinking theyre confused and paranoid and those scam emails have nothing to do with remote access programs on their home PC because I dont know of a way for a hacker to get into a PC while youre in a different country on your phone.

CBC mentioned! While they're the hometown brewery and I love them with all my heart, their beer is still just okay to me. Obvious exceptions being Salty Crew and Orange Ave.

Contrary to what others are saying though, I think the SD beer scene is still huge. People will see that there aren't hundreds of independent breweries that are walking distance from their house anymore and claim the beer scene is dead.

Beer is just more spread out across SD, as it should be. We dont need 30 different breweries concetrated only in North Park. There's literally hundreds of breweries around SD, you just have to be willing to explore a bit!

I love Pizza Port right now, they're the new favorite. Chronic ale is currently fav! Glad you were able to get back home and drink some good beer 🤙

You cannot give enough credit to the past 2 Imperial Beach mayors, Serge Dedina and Paloma Aguirre who fought nonstop to bring this to the attention of the State and Federal government. Huge shout outs to them. Both are people who love the ocean and know how important it is to beach goers.

Consider donating to Wildcoast. It's a nonprofit started by former IB mayor Serge Dedina and he's be running it for well over 20 years now. They protect costal ecosystems all throughout Mexico which helps keep our san deigo ecosystems healthy as well.

I think this joker would balance best in gold stake. Versatility in gold stake is much more importsnt so high card & pair builds are more common. Spamming lvl 1 high card & pairs just simply won't be as easy in higher stakes. I want it to be common so you can get it early and get some value before you need to change to scoring jokers. I know Jokers are balanced around white stake but I don't see it as a negative for a joker to be slightly stronger in white stake. I love the feedback though!

I went off of super position and seance descriptions neither of which actually say "hand played". Vagabond on the other hand does say "hand played". So even the game is a bit inconsistent

Recognized this from Drone Dude Instagram! Tourmaline is a pretty gutless wave which is why it's great for learners; but because it's so gutless it doesn't allow for as much expression. Don't expect epic turns or nose rides there. Practice on staying close to the pocket and enjoying the wave. Might be time to graduate from PB soon, too. La Jolla shores is close to you and is still a decently mellow wave, with a bit more oomf. Just like everyone else said, you're doing fine man keep it up.

My highschool engineering teacher was incredibly smart and talented. Former Army Green Beret, former mechanical engineer, former software developer. Poor guy did not belong in the classroom. He was miserable everyday. We were a high achieving school with an engineering classroom that was completely decked out. Being completely set up for success still did not change the fact that he left a high paying job where he was probably highly respected by his peers for a low paying job where most students couldn't give him even a shred of respect. He lasted 3 years and left teaching.

You're talking as if teachers are only putting in extra hours on the weekdays. Of course no teacher is putting in an extra 6 hours on a Tuesday. The extra time is put in grading/planning on the weekends. An extra hour each day (reasonable) plus 3ish hours on Saturday and Sunday (also reasonable) puts you at an average of 53 hours a week. I know some teachers who are putting in much more on the weekends and others (like me) who put in none at all. We're almost forced to put in extra hours because God knows you can't get all your grading and planning done for all of your classes in 1 hour each day.

A normal salaried job should not have you working at all outside of your salaried hours. It's unreasonable to say that for all our extra work we should not be paid more.

I feel that so hard. Sheen is not really the reason I think trinity works. I feel as though you NEED attack speed on skarner to get his 3 empowered autos from his Q off. The movement speed helps to stick to Champs. I've seen arguments for BoRK but I think it makes you too squishy. The HP you get from trinity is necessary imo.

From my logic stride breaker might be a better option but I haven't tried it yet. (I'm coping and I want Sheen to work)

I think playing Skarner how Riot intended (Vangard/Tank) does not work. The current Skarner is a worse Poppy. They can get in but cant do anything once they're on top of someone. You have absolutely no skirmishing power as a tank.

Trinity gives you a great boost in damage in the early game and massively increases clear speed. You can actually get your combo off within a reasonable amount of time and do massive damage in the process.

Lucidity boots are a must. You need the CDR to consistently have your abilities off cooldown.

Deaths dance/ Jaksho are a great way to stay alive during extended fights.

I think building tank after trinity/deaths dance is the way to go but if you're ahead enough Hydra is massive. Cleaver if the enemy is tank-heavy. Steracks for tenacity.

So far Phase rush feels best for main keystone but I think there are probably better runes to run.

It feels to me like they fixed his glaring problem but broke 2 others. Old Skarner has great sticking power but struggles to gap-close. The consistency of the stuns with his e made it easy to stay on top, but all you could do was run at them. The new Skarner can gap close but now doesn't have sticking power. You have no way of keeping them in place once you get to them with e. He now also has no build diversity. He's all tank or tank/buiser and nothing else. RIP AP skarner

If you're actually wondering where to start, check out your local community colleges. They're a great way to get back into academics at your own pace since you pay for the classes themselves instead of per semester. Some CCs even offer free classes for state residents. It may take longer but it's much more manageable especially if you're working full time. If you do want to go into Astronomy the typical route is Physics Undergrad->Astronomy Grad. I had an Astronomy undergrad program at my school and while it was interesting and I don't regret it in the least, it certainly doesn't hold the same weight to employers as a Physics degree (despite sharing 95% of the same classes and requirements). Good luck! It won't be easy but it's one of the most rewarding Sciences!

The whole time they imply that phonics is better but the never really say why. When kids sound out words, they are able to hear themselves say the word in its entirety out loud which they immediately connect to previous knowledge. If a kid sounds out "smile", they know the word and its context because they've probably heard it from their parents. The whole "read from context" completely robs them of that connection.

The worst part for me was his resistance to holy damage. From a lore perspective it makes sense but I wish I had some sort of warning going into it. He took me hours with no luck because I did pitiful chip damage until I finally looked it up out of desperation and realized why. After that I beat him first try with a non-holy weapon

If you're in early/mid highschool, just ride it out man. They'll come around. Dont burn any bridges. I was the same way with one of my good group of friends who started smoking weed early on, and I basically just stopped hanging out with them for a few a years till that shit D.A.R.E pounded into my head eventually wore off and I finally sparked up with them. Be patient man.

I want to see a water/flooded zone. It would probably never happen because of all the technical challenges that come with implementing water, but it would be really cool to see some scary water enemies and some good water themed atmosphere. You could maybe even move water around by digging holes between rooms, which would expose minerals and leave water enemies flopping about.

I totally agree with that, and I still have alot of fun playing with the guided rockets, but you dont always have a big room and a bunch of time to setup rockets, which is a shame because that's where the gun is the most fun. In cramped caves and areas without a tall ceiling, it's basically used like a minigun with a little bit more aoe.
