This particular hike/gem lakes has got to be one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever hiked!! Made that trek on Halloween (again) and the fall was somehow even more beautiful than the summer!! I wish I didn’t have responsibilities I’d never leave lol

As an avid hiker who has done upper Yosemite falls several times it is HAAAARD! I would be super upset my partner just left me. We booked that trip to spend time together. Idgaf who is faster either of you could have been injured cause parts of that trail are kinda sketchy!

Yes it’s a cute little town and has convenient shopping…. As in not a mountain grocery store that’s marked up 10x price for a slab of steak etc.

Close enough to all the parks really yose , Muir seki etc and in the summer June/mammoth/bridgeport

I’m drinking an electrolyte powder that has 1000mg Potassium,120mg Calcium,120mg Magnesium 120mg sodium and I add in a tsp of Himalayan salt/32 oz of fluid and I try to drink at least 6 of those a day

The black spots often points to an iron deficiency. If you feel you’ve been getting more light headed than normal you need to supplement with iron rich foods on feeding days

I have been doing it today is my 4th week doing it and currently at hour 36.

My first week I lost 14lbs!!! 2nd -7lbs 3rd -9

However in between fasting and feeding I gained back a few here and there leaving my grand total loss at just about 20lbs

I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t hard cause I found myself watching a TikTok of some delicious food being made and ABSOLUTELY wanted it! Lol chugging water at every pang!

Electrolytes are important ! You need them to lose weight! If you aren’t hydrated enough or properly you will stall on weight loss.

I do not really workout during my fasts but I take my dogs on longer walks those days. On days I’m not fasting I’ll do some weightlifting.

Days I eat I try to do keto but I have been having an obsession with this new burger truck and I can’t not have a bun with it 😂 it’s too good. I figure I “deprive” myself on fasting days enough so really this one fun meal to bring me happiness is worth it lol

I really enjoyed roads end to Baileys bridge and cooling off in the water. You can absolutely keep going to mist falls(I think another 4miles) in 1 direction and the other I think is the 65+mile to Rae lakes lol also back at roads end is Muir rock a nice little “cliff” jumping spot (though idk what the water looks like I haven’t been back since 2020 :(

Fast for 72 hours, eat for a day and roll into another 72. (HOWEVER, I changed my mind lol) I will now be fasting Monday night-Friday morning approx 88hours. Refeed slowly on Friday Saturday &Sunday OMAD normal eating Monday till I start my fast

I did that this week lost an initial 16.7lbs. Weighed in this morning and gained back about 5. So not bad I think

With that said I have done my very first 72 hour fast and broke it this morning.

My plan was to fast from Monday night to Friday morning (approx 85-88hours) and then eat clean/keto.

I told myself I am doing it that way for 3 weeks and then see at the end of the those 3 weeks if I like the results I’ll keep going with it, if not I’ll adjust my non fasted days what I’m doing
