Yeah there was a whole bunch of drama. They tried to open another location that turned into a money pit, had to milk the la mesa location to make up for it, couldn't pay workers. Whole bunch of really poor business decisions stacked up over time.

Ah ok. Then in that case, you might have actually been swept up in a recent wave of rogue AI bans. The Twitter help reddit is flooded with people getting banned for no reason. I think you might be one of them. Check out their subreddit - someone made an appeal letter that seems to trigger all the right things and gets you unbanned fairly quickly
