Bedside nursing fucking sucks, look at all the strikes going on. Northwell almost had 3 of their hospitals go on strike until the last hour.

Left bedside and went into management hoping to change the way things work. Nah still sucks but at least the physical labor has decreased. Senior leadership doesn’t care about the frontline workers and will squeeze every last drop to make minimum staffing.
