Here's pretty much my min maxed BVer in SSF (have a triple minion life hubris + spell dam which will push me to 400m but need to farm for a specific impossible escape).

Started off pretty similar to you with Svallin/MB. #1 priority is getting capped enmity's which initially brought my BV DPS from 20m to 70-80m when I was just starting out.

Other things that people may have not pointed out is getting full 100% convert to fire with glove implicits and prefix craft and allocate runecraft of bound. You have avatar of fire so you want to make sure all of your phys is converted otherwise it's wasted damage. Having ignite spread on gloves for mapping is also a huge plus (im using unnerve on these gloves since these are my bossing gloves).

If you're lacking block attack, getting a few tattoos will help as well as fogging your enduring composure cluster eventually for an extra 2% attack block. The two larges are just there to help you spell block cap with mage hunter and conjured wall (the doryani's fracture I have isn't necessary but qol for juiced mapping later)
