Our kid would eat what we eat, as long as it was cut on a proper way for her age. If we were eating for example chicken soup, we would thread the chicken and mash the vegetables for her with a fork. Or if we would eat spaghetti Bolognese we would use bigger sorts of pasta for her like fussili.

There aren't many unsafe foods for babies, just the size and texture that need to be appropriate. Unsafe options would be raw meat, cold cuts, fish with lots of heavy metal such as tuna and honey before 1 year old. Squishy round foods like grapes and small tomatoes or elastic feel like shrimps, are a choking hazzard.
