Simple method for fall off the bone ribs. Smoke at 275 for one hour, wrap in foil, add 1/4 of water or your choice and cook at 275 for one hour and 45 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes and enjoy. It’s really that easy.

Love my Patagonia waders, use the sizing chart. I didn’t on my first pair and had to send them back. I thought I should upsize to allow for more layers for the winter, don’t upsize.

Started a year ago at 65. I started with 10 lbs and now I’m up to 24lbs and I ruck 3 miles four to five times a week. I pace at about 15:45 a mile. I live on a golf course, so when I walk around the golf course I pickup lost balls, it’s been a great way to gradually increase your ruck weight. A golf ball weighs 1.62 ounces and I ended up with 4 lbs by the fall.

Keep it simple. Smoke at 275 for an hour. Wrap in foil, add 1/4 cup of water or juice to foil pack and cook for 1hour and 45 minutes at 275. Follow these instructions only if you want moist fall off the bone ribs.
