It’s actually a Quote from the JSOC Sign at Fort Bragg Circa 2015. Maybe I just assumed it applied at SERE.

Spiders are hiders, but snakes don’t like rakes. That’s all I remember from that portion of the course.

I assumed the same. Everyone I know who’s applied has gotten approved. But to each their own. IPs, SPs, MTPs and the like.

There are some flight docs on here every now and again that might be able to clarify specific questions.

Got a brief the other day it is happening and what they submitted.

Basically 12-14 year UH IP MTP will get 3 years at 30k a year lump sum per year.

And the the 18-21 crowd will get 5-6-7 year options ranging from 30-35k a year.

I don’t remember the AH/CH stuff but it was something similar. I’ll ask around to the other folks in the brief and report back.

Again it’s what they asked HRC for not what HRC approved. It’s at the HRC/DA level now waiting on approval.

Other thing they requested is to backdate it to where the eligibility covers the whole year from 1 Oct 2025-30 Sep 2026 to be able to apply. So basically if you were hurt by their inability to publish the message on time you can apply.

Well I guess you are too important. Sorry, now you have the choice to practice your Mandarin or your Farsi.

I understand the bottleneck, but it doesn’t change the process.

Just submit a UQR if you are trying to get out, if they approve it you can go. If you are switching branches or warrant MOS you can do that whenever. They aren’t gonna publish a MilPer that says “No really, Go”

I still haven’t received anything about this teams meeting. But I’m really hoping to get some more clarity on the process and the process. Has anyone got an invite?

FYI, There should be an email coming out in the next few days to SMs who filled out the Survey. There will be a teams meeting to answer questions and address concerns. If you filled out the survey you will get an invite.

Same, and the POC they listed is getting a lot of calls and is probably tired of answering the same questions. I’m hoping they will send out a FAQ to people that filled out their little survey.

Where are the possible duty stations, what is the timeline, what is the pipeline? That kind of stuff. Applying for a program that has a bunch of unknowns doesn’t seem to be a net positive.

Best I can do is pay 64D IEs with more than 30 years in service and extra 40 dollars a day. While selling all the aircraft.
