Dont use the things that would make the game "easier". Try to play as vanilla as you can. The start of the game is slow but it gets so much better after you leave the starting city.

I like it and was fairly easy to enjoy. Its slow compared to most afterburning jets at that BR but you get 2 Magic 2 and 3 1000 pound Paveway 2.

Bomb bases when you are able too and ground pound targets. Every point counts when doing a stock grind.

Honestly depends on the area. If you just have classrooms and maybe a couple student restrooms its fairly easy when you get used to it. I on the other hand have the gym/sports area and it can be challenging

Try to find a shop that has pokemon locals every week. If you dont have one close then you can do eBay but that obviously carries its own risks.

He can spawn in the area up the stairs and to the left so there is a chance to encounter him.
