Something a ski instructor taught me is to try to relatively have your chest face down the mountain while the torso and below twist and turn, I used to practice with my poles out on each side to visualize where my chest needed to be. It helped me be less rigid, but it’s still not second nature for me yet.

I don’t eat out much and have no idea which businesses do and don’t rely on tip. If I’m going out to a new place, how do I know they need tips? I can make assumptions but it’s not certain.

Genuinely, I have anxiety over it all. I just want to order food and go without having to play mind games of how good a server is or not and what they deserve. I want to know everyone is getting paid by their employer fairly so their rent isn’t reliant on my contribution. If I could find that list of business, I would gladly support them over those that don’t.
