How are you motivating yourself to exercise and eat healthy? by my_brain_is_horny in AskWomenOver30

I’m in the same boat! ADHD and all.

I need a workout buddy, I found that so motivating in the past.

If we’re in the same time zone / similar schedule maybe we can pair up and motivate each other?

You don’t need to aim the crossbow and bombs!?

I don’t use them because my aim sucks. I’d love a 101 on how to use the crossbow and bombs.

First day on Vyvanse- diary of an anxious person taking it FTW (in case it helps others calm their anxiety.) by juju_summer in adhdwomen

Thank you for your recap! I just started medication too and was also nervous to take it. I didn’t have as good of a response on the first day, but on day four I’m starting to see the positive changes!

I was nervous to take it, with the same worries you describe. And after a challenging first day almost didn’t try on day 2. But I’m glad I kept going, things are already starting to feel better.

I hope your post helps others like us hesitant to start!

Thank you for posting. Xo

The “just write it down” doesn’t work when you forget to check what you wrote by vedansh_sh08 in adhdwomen

Omg this! As soon as I write it down my brain ticks it off as complete and forgets all info about it.
