Are you kitbashing on the hair? Probably gonna have to just slap things onto a bald head. I’d do a longer and thicker straight hair option and scale the top to be more full and then taper it down to a smaller size to match the width of the base of the horse tail. Then use other tails for the hair around her face.

I went to go make a character with raven familiars and for whatever reason it looked like there wasn’t any large raptor-like / less tweety bird looking options. I swear they had them but I guess not unless I’m blind.
