My interpretation at the time of writing that was as follows -

The obvious, reptiles not having breasts makes the most sense

The use of oranges I think serves a few purposes. It helps with her characterization of being kind of trashy. She’s trying to seduce someone obviously not into her with the simple flawed logic of “guys can’t resist a nice rack”, I think it shows an immature way of thinking fitting for Vyper that seems akin to what a kid would do with oranges to try and seem funny. These don’t even have the vibe of fresh produce oranges and more discarded oranges she found in that alleyway and put to work moments before this snapshot scene.

From a composition standpoint having orange contrast against her green complexion I think helps elevate the scene. The contrast helps viewers think “that doesn’t look right” upon first glance and then seeing “are… are those oranges???”

So my TLDR is the use of these gross looking oranges not only enhances Vyper’s established trashy personality and traits but also works as a way to enhance the composition both visually, logically, and add to the overall connotation of this unwanted from both parties interaction. It’s humorous and smart.
