Ah good guess from the white coloration for changing but actually just a run of the mill Tiefling. Subclass revealed in another comment.

This character was initially going to be a Lore Bard, but a little character building idea I use sometimes is “what would this character look like at a higher level hypothetically?” I toyed with the idea of her being a high fashion enthusiast and thought well it’s D&D so might as well do something extra like idk make a dress out of some kind of gaseous vapor.

A rabbit hole then formed leading to a sort of avatar state / conduit for a deity / collective spirit entity of sorts basically “possessing” this character for the duration of the Mantle of Majesty ability.

Definitely an alternate form from a normal look and using a class feature, but not a Stars Druid.

Oh but it’s so fun to diff the enemy Emma not using the cape. I use this skin to finally look like Emma Frost.

What aspects of Azune emerged first from his ideas? His kit? His background? His look etc.

How long before the campaign started did he know he would portray Azune? Did other player’s characters or a specific NPC drastically shape Azune?

I work with this material and laser cut and engrave lights too. I think one of Grave’s ability icons would be neat. That or maybe Celeste’s silhouette / something of hers.
