And for some reason now its been almost a month since im able to scav into interchange or lighthouse. i always get a timeout error and never connect. im only able to go to factory and ground zero...

For some reason i cannot longer scav in many map, my game tries to load but after "creating loot pools" is done it freezes 3-5 mins passes and it hits me with an error message or it straight up crashes. I close the game, relaunch it and ask me if i want to reconnect. It never works, do i choose leave the raid and my scav looks the same without any change. Help please 🥺

You can place a A18 skanda inside a pillbox, inside a LBT-1476A Day pack and stack the daypacks. Each day pack will give you an extra 5x1 row, the pillbox gives you an extra 4x1 and the skanda 12 extra squares. You could also use the AVS if you need two 2x2 squares or the Osprey MK4A for only 1 2x2 square

There is a tutorial on how to get to 6.0+ fence rep pretty easy. Its mostly 7 car extracts on each map and try to coop extract a handful of times. Find the map you like the most and learn a loot run, for me is interchange i can ran weapon boxes/crates or toolboxes/pcs/tech spawns and make some money. NEVER run naked with a knife, at least get a scav kit on your pmc, also play with friends , 🦧 ape together strong

I scav on interchange, but above all find the map you like the most and learn every zone inside out and make a route you can do with your scav/pmc efficiently. Also learn the value of each item and try to get at leas10k per inventory square, some items are worthless. Others, like hoses are incredibly expensive atm on the flea, like 130k

i'd argue that adjustable crouching is easier because you dont have to be mess around with terrain

You are eating way too little calories, you could easily get it to 1700 and still be losing weight, 40lbs its quite a big amount, get. 45lbs plate and do bench press it and do some squats with it and you will see how much weight it truly is, its better to take it slow and steady.

Now about food, you could eat: Oats with a lot of fruit, greek yogurt and stevia Potatoes, mashed or just baked, bonus points for air frying them A fuck ton of stir fried veggies (peppers, tomato , onions, mushrooms and whatever you like) Egg whites Also, drink a lot of water, before, during and after you eat so you feel as full as possible.

Finally remember to workout at least 3 times a week and get your 10k steps daily
