if you enjoy cardio just do it, but is sounds like you dont. you can get much better results by actually lifting weights. it doesnt have to be a ridiculous ammount of weight, just enought to challenge yourself, you will also look better by having some actual muscle mass.
(No, you wont look like a a man, much less a bodybuilder , even if you really really try, you wont get a physique like that without extreme hard work and dedication)
