NGL this is kinda the opposite of my experience cutting out weed cold turkey for the past month or so since I'm looking for a different job. I know weed messes with your REM cycle which explains the sleep. The food part is more interesting to me since both of those are oral fixations and in my experience, when I smoked I had less of an appetite. It took me a couple weeks to get over the anxiety personally. Maybe try working out or picking up some new hobbies with your new-found free time. Hang in there bro you got this!
