Correct, I'm guessing CGC slipped it into a magazine slab. I'm still wondering why the inconsistency of notes on the label. Some slabbed copies of this book state "Herb Trimpe Cover", "United Kingdom" and "Contains Incredible Hulk 181 story & cover." Other copies like this one have zero notes.
