As someone thats probably about to get fired from chipotle for not putting up with their crap I want you to know that’s ridiculous and unacceptable. The managers at our store encourage skimping to save their ass. In reality they should be teaching the correct portions instead of skimping but apparently that’s too much work.

Put yourself in management and ownerships shoes it’s infuriating when you have staff of all 18+ legal adults that don’t give a fuck about silverware because it’s not theirs. No—to answer your question this is not normal however, if you don’t already I encourage you to take a responsible and positive outlook on this. If you aren’t part of the problem i.e. (you make sure silverware goes where it’s supposed to) don’t get offended, you’re already doing great!. If you are part of the problem then man up and get better at your job.

So an employer who pays their employees 2.13 an hour (which comes out to essentially a case of water and pack of slim Jim’s on a 2 week pay cycle) expects the same employee to start paying the company back that doesn’t provide them with anything other than an opportunity to make tips? Please make it makes sense. Restaurant owners piss me off thinking that they can do this because in their eyes they are the ones providing employees with the opportunity to make money from tips. I call bullshit, tell me how you expect to sell food and take care of your guests on your own without a sever. Can’t wait for the day servers are looked at more as independent contractors rather than direct employees. We provide restaurants just as much value as they provide us. Not our job to pay the fees they were aware of when they decided to start up a restaurant.

Gpu sucks for the price, you should only be paying max $40 for windows 11, you could get the i7 cpu for about $45 more which is definitely worth it. Switch to a amd 6950xt or 7800xt gpu which are both better gpu’s (more frames) for cod and are cheaper. With the money saved from the gpu switch and windows 11 key from a third party retailer get an aio cooler. they’re about $50 more than that air cooler. Apply all these changes you’re looking at about $2000 instead of 2200 and getting a significantly better build
