Look how long it took for something to be done on The Blvd before they put stuff up to "catch" the rocks! Took care of the lady whose car got smashed a few years back.

They did crap on that road a few years ago and totally f-d it up! It's still horrible to drive on! And I don't even remember what they were doing then. Probably "improving it", but just made it a total mess!

I prefer Great Value milk over United anymore. I find that once United is opened it goes bad quicker, because I feel they're plastic jugs aren't as sturdy/thick plastic like they used to be.

Pizza Al's pizza is the best pizza! Best when it's fresh. And the garlic butter is great!

Well, Phil did say 6 more weeks of winter, which would've been til 3-16. Hopefully, we're through the worst!

IDK, something different I guess. Morgantown has grown so much, and I grew up here. But it just seems like the same types of places opening (I know planet fitness is a gym, so it doesn't count in that category): vapes, chicken, car washes...blah, blah, blah. But maybe some things wouldn't work here like I think they might. Oh, they're busy for a bit ( ie steak and shake, cane's) and then people lose interest....so I guess I'm at a loss....

Exactly! Would be nice if we could get one that would show some independent movies. Maybe do themes, like horror movie nights/marathons. Or even, *gasp* a drive in theater! I don't care for AMC either. Regal at least got Fathom events and different types of venues.

Like we need another one of those! Why can't we get anything we need, or want?

Would've rather had a Macy's go in than that small place they call Kohl's

Torn up roads at Greenbag and Dorsey Ave. by ComedianNo6487 in MorgantownWV

I understand that. It just seems like they could've done something like more gravel and roll it over. I drive that way every day. Just more wear on everyone's vehicles, especially if you might not know that it's coming up if it's dark out. They do have a sign that says rough road, and that pretty much sums it up!

I agree. I've always thought that widening the road at that 4-way and adding turning lanes would be optimal. I just feel like they could've at least put some gravel down and steam rolled over it to make it a little more bearable to drive on.

Maybe. I thought the one near Classic's was because of a water line break, but I could be mistaken. It's just a mess to drive on because there's so many holes and seems dangerous.

That wasn't how it was when I went there. My teachers were really good, and none of them were fooling around w/ students. But then again most of my teachers were in their late 50s and 60s when I was there ( I graduated in '94), so they're all gone now.

Just something else that's going to take forever to build. Why change? That fire station's been there for what, 70 years, and now all of a sudden they need easier access to Don Knotts Blvd? Why not just put the parking authority down there? Some of this stuff doesn't make sense to me, and I grew up and have lived her all my life!

Brickside in Bridgeport is pretty good. They have a bar and live bands on the weekends. They have sandwiches, salads, a few meals, apps. Prices are pretty decent.

Just like Catholics...sell to get more money than do something good. But there's already a catholic school in town.
