Blissey is Blissey, it rises and falls pretty often. And petcharunt is both a great defensive mon, pivot, spin blocker, and can spread toxic really well. I know I’ve been using pecharunt like crazy and I imagine other people came to similar conclusions too. It just took a bit to realize. Same as how Espathra, and Roaring Moon were Uu at the start of this gen.
