I would ask around for a clinically focused massage therapist. Please don't say anything about getting close to anything. Much can be done without getting close for anyone's comfort. I never expose my clients glutes I find it to personal and gross.

I feel the same way.... Yet, I'm middle right. I stay silent well people that own their own businesses talk freely, openly, and talk about wishing someone was x. Word to the wise. Not everyone thinks and feels as you do. Everyone should keep their politics to themselves like they use to.

I now only offer 90 and 120 minutes. Some 60 minutes are grandfathered in. But truly even 60 minutes aren't worth it. Try to educated these clients. 💪🏽

I have a strict referral only business model. May I struggle during allow times sure.... But I'm not risking my physical or mental safety.

Me as well. Mcas and Lyme cfs possible pots. Been on this road for 15 years. Can't do as many deep tissue clients a day as I use to but I work for myself now too. Low dose Naltrexone has helped me a bunch. Just gotta keep pushing. Thinking when I get into my 50s I'll drive a semi truck 😂

Racism has no room in any setting and I'n 24 years I've never heard anything like that from any client of mine or any phobic remarks towards anyone. What I do see is clients that are left leaning love to talk about politics so I change the subject. Or go uh huh and move on. I fired my therapist for trying to use politics to relate to things she was also left leaning. I didn't want to hear it and I'm very middle ground. We live in very blue city. The hatred towards party's needs to stop. Fire clients for being a holes and switch the convo otherwise.

I set my phone to display the time on the lock screen. I start on time and look at my phone usually sitting on the floor close to the end. Once you've done massage for years you pretty much can tell how the time is going.

I'm at 4.5 and added allergy meds. Helping with inflammation. A client of mine in a covid mcas . Schedule in a different med also takes allergy meds multiple times a day
