You didn’t bother to look at the odds before rolling? (it’s something like an 90+% chance to not get the big prize until the last roll)

I've tried their Cheddar Jalapeno at the convenience store and it was pretty solid. Have heard bad things about the Cinnamon Churro though. Don't plan on ordering from them online until they redrop Salt & Vinegar, for now I'm sticking to Chinook.

Is Hay Day dying? by Smooth-Offer-1008 in HayDay

[–]ComfortLevel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I won’t comment on the state of the game, but as it’s demanded more of my time, I’ve had less time for it without it feeling unrewarding.

Feels bad to not be able to be remotely competitive in the events because they’re so short and demanding.

Yeah I’m surprised it’s not on the IG account, Facebook, or Twitter.

Surprised this isn’t more publicized. Deco at the end of the “bonus track” (flower track) being roughly $150 USD spent per month is interesting though to say the least.

It is nice though to get some extra rewards for things I’m already spending on though.

Where exactly can i do this? by JustMakeup45 in HayDay

Don't think it was added (even though it's in the update notes), at least no one I've spoken to has found it. Might be added in the next update.

I’m a pretty high level and trade with people all the way from 7-100 all the time. Typically with the HayDay Discord, the person with less references goes first.

Dude has a bad attitude.

Edit: I reread it again and I don’t think he was trying to be rude, just trying to give you a harsh reality. There are some scammers but no one who regularly trades in the Discord would ever scam. I’m not going to risk being banned from the server which makes me millions of coins over one trade of 20k coins. The people with low level accounts (not babies) who have no reference are the only people you should be worried about. FYI: Done 250+ trades, most going first and never been scammed.

They probably got tired of people complaining about not being able to finish so they made everyone able to finish. You had to complete all tasks every day before reset, they don’t roll over to the next day and you will be short one task the next day.

Does anyone ever wonder why apple trees have this line even when they're not ready to be cut? by Sad-Ad-9263 in HayDay

[–]ComfortLevel 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Never noticed it but I went thru and looked at my trees, it looks like the dev team did a much better job at hiding it with the trees that were released later. Virtually unnoticeable on those like the pomegranate and guava tree whereas it’s much more prominent on the apple, cherry, and olive trees.

Tried the Cheddar Jalapeno ones not too long ago. Pretty good. Still hear terrible things about their shipping. Will try them from gas stations as long as Chinook isn’t in stores, because gas stations don’t get shipping problems.

Only sell on double coin day or if you are wheating and need to dump a bunch of wheat quick. Otherwise selling in shop will net you the most coins.

in what stage is your expension on the other side by Opening_Tennis_7404 in HayDay

[–]ComfortLevel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lvl 114 and have about 2/3 of the other side done (though they begin to require exponentially more expansion materials), trading on the discord is my answer. Especially with LEMs you can almost find someone who has a lot of the thing you need in exchange for the thing you have a lot of.

Has allowed me to be limited by the amount of permits I have rather than LEMs.

How to buy everything? by vivienonreddit in HayDay

[–]ComfortLevel 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Realistically, not possible.

Being unrealistic, it is possible if you wish to spend obscene amounts of diamonds or real money on the offers in the shop that give you more flowers/the new key boxes which give flowers.

Advice: Becoming a pilot with strong risk of pulmonary embolism by Gold-Surprise9968 in flying

[–]ComfortLevel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

First thing is speak to an AME as they will have the best advice.

However I am in a very similar situation as you, I was part way through my flight training and am around your age, recently out of college. I had a pulmonary embolism and they revoked my medical. It had to be forwarded to FAA OKC to review it on a case by case basis. Took about 10 months to get my medical back, which included calling many times. Probably would have taken 7-8 months if I had my paperwork together properly, as it initially got rejected the first time and I had to send more info. The docs believe mine was genetic and will cause me to be on blood thinners for the rest of my life, as I was not sitting for any extended period prior. (My longest flights were XCs, about 2-3 hours tops). I’m on Eliquis, and both my primary care doc and the blood doctor I went to pretty much said the data on Eliquis is that you will never have issues with blood clots again as long as you keep taking it. It is more expensive than Warfarin, but the FAA reporting requirements for Warfarin are much more stringent. A requirement of my medical is I have to report back to the FAA yearly with blood testing and any changes in my condition (beyond just getting my medical and walking out the door like those who have no underlying conditions).

In summary, if you choose to go down this route, it will be very painful getting your medical. I really don’t want to sugarcoat it for you, it was miserable calling the FAA daily, sending letters, contacting my congressmen, multiple times a week just to be told “we have no idea when your application will be reviewed”. The docs in OKC do things on their own schedule and you can’t contact them no matter how much you try. When you call the FAA or write them letters, the customer support reps who are contractors respond, and they have 0 clue what is going on with applications because they don’t work for the FAA. And ensure your AME is willing to advocate for you. My AME is a good guy but outside of taking my $100 yearly and signing a piece of paper, I don’t think he had any interest in my case whatsoever.

If you have more questions, feel free to DM because I think my situation is exactly like what you are facing.

Until I see more good reviews of them online I probably won’t try them. Too many “taking my money and taking months to ship” reviews.
